Aesthetics by Jeni may be required to collect, process and store data which relates to its customers, suppliers etc, in order for the company to carry out its duties, rights and obligations. All information stored is done so securely and in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 2018 which supplements the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect on 25 May 2018. The company may have the need to change its data protection process from time to time to comply with changing legislation.

The company will adopt appropriate organisational and technical measures to prevent unauthorised use of unlawful processing or disclosure of data.

Customer Data

Aesthetics by Jeni are required to process customer contact information which includes telephone numbers, email addresses, first and last names, and site specific information i.e. the nature of your enquiry. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and safeguarded at all times. The company handles all data in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018. We recognise the importance of correct and lawful processing and therefore the data you provide will only be used for Aesthetics by Jeni purposes. Aesthetics by Jeni do not sell, trade or transfer information to external parties.

We will not share any personal data with any other entity unless it is a legal requirement to do so. This will only ever be done in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Your consent will be obtained where necessary. The company will retain your personal data as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Our Website

Other than for the operation of our ‘Contact Form’, the Company’s website does not capture any personal information or data. The information captured on the Contact Form is sent in the form of an email which is received by Jeni Matthews-Knell owner of Aesthetics by Jeni, who will respond to the enquiry. The information within the email will be held for no longer than three months.

 

Information may be requested by emailing us a ‘Request for Information Under the Data Protection Act' providing clear instruction of the information required. There are no links from our website to other third party websites, nor do we use Cookies.
